Life with a new baby is unpredictable. In our weekly group series for mamas and their babies, you can depend on connection with other mamas and tools to support you as you navigate this new relationship with your baby. This is a sacred space where you can feel fully supported without judgment.
Each class will consist of a meditation, journal prompts, discussion and connection. Healthy Couple, Healthy Family Workshop Details: Who: Couples who are pregnant, adopting, have young children or have been together for years can benefit from this workshop. This workshop is LGBT inclusive. Babies in arms welcome. **Couples currently struggling with addiction, infidelity or domestic violence may not be appropriate for this workshop and may benefit from couples therapy instead. Postpartum is one of the most challenging times, it is also the one we are usually the least prepared for. This workshop will provide you with the understanding on what to expect, the emotions of postpartum and how to best prepare to have the best postpartum experience.
