A little about me...
I have 11 years of experience working as a mental health therapist in various settings. I believe that at the core of human connection is a deep longing to feel heard and understood. I provide a nonjudgmental, caring space for my clients to share their story and to develop the tools to cultivate the life they want to live.
After the birth of my two daughters, I was inspired to open my practice and specialize in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. While my babies brought me joy, the postpartum period also awakened me to the challenges, unmet expectations and untold realities that this adjustment can bring to your life. As a result, I feel very passionate about guiding and supporting mamas and couples through the emotional changes that this time can create.
My style is collaborative and compassionate. I believe in tailoring treatment to your specific needs and encourage ongoing conversation to determine the best course of action where your care is concerned.
Counseling offered in Spanish as well.
